Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission from me, you confirm that you have read by terms of service and agree to them.I accept PayPal, Stripe, CashApp and Apple Pay for payment.All payments will be sent in USD.If you are commissioning me for misc. artwork, you must discuss your idea fully with me to determine pricing.Full payment is required upfront.Full refunds are possible but ONLY if I haven't started working on your commission or have only gotten a basic outline down. Otherwise, I will give a partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. There may be a few days of wait time on this because of the process of transferring money to make it available for a refund. You are always welcome to updates on this process.I will send two WIPs during your commission. After receiving these, you are able to request edits after each one. The sooner I receive a message about edits, the sooner
I can work on the changes. Depending on the number and complexity of edits outside of this, I may charge extra fees.You may request edits after receiving the final product but depending on how large of an edit you request, this may also result in extra fees.There will be no exact ETAs, as I am a full-time worker, full time college student and stepparent to two small humans and this takes up a significant amount of my time. Most of the time you can expect up to two weeks maximum. If you require your piece to be finished by a certain time, please inform me of this upfront when commissioning me.You are free to ask for updates at any time within a reasonable amount. Please do not message me for a daily update, I am a very busy human.After receiving your commission:
No full refunds will be given after art has been completed. If there is a major difference between the completed piece and what you wanted, I am more than willing to work something out.No edits are to be made to my art. If you are adding a watermark for character protection, this falls outside of that but please credit me for my artwork.Uploading my art to other sites is fine, as long as I am credited. This also applies to pieces that I did not commission for you. Please contact a character's owner to make sure it is okay before posting them elsewhere if it is not your commission.I retain all rights to my artwork and it is not to be commercialized.
